Copper
A brand new co - dominant or dominant inheritable mutation. First bred this year ( 2010 ) here at JB PYTHONS. A few years ago we bought a wildcaught female with a cinnamonish head and a rusty overall color. This season we bred her to a Pewter and out of 5 eggs hatched one Pastel, one Cinnamon, one Copper - Cinnamon combo ( UNIQUE ), one Copper Pastel combo ( COPPER BURST ) and one COPPER. This Copper looks exact like his mother. First the wildcaught female was called "Rusty" but now we gave this mutation a new name - COPPER. |

Copper Burst
This new designer morph was first bred this year ( 2010 ) here at JB PYTHONS. It is a combo from co - dominant Pastel and co - dominant or dominant Copper. In this combo you can see the influence of the Pastel gene. The Copper color is much lighter and in the future will show how the Copper Burst will look. But it`s sure, that this desgnermorph is very good for new breedings. |

Copper Unique
This year ( 2010 ) the Unique slipped by us here at JB Pythons.
We have an unusually drawn and colored female, which was trading as Rusty, paired with our Pewter male.
The Rusty female has proven to be genetically and we have renamed it Copper.
The Unique is a combination of Copper and Cinnamon. |
